We are solely dependent on the donations made by our supporters to help continue the work that we do. By leaving a legacy gift to MuffinPug Rescue, it will allow us to support more pugs in desperate need and as well as the expensive vet bills. The demand on MuffinPug Rescue is significantly increasing yearly, with more and more pugs needing help.
Remember: any money left to MuffinPug Rescue is free of Inheritance Tax. Your solicitor, accountant or financial advisor will be able to provide you with further information.
Something to consider…
Leaving a part of your entire estate to a charity can reduce, and in some situations, eliminate the Inheritance Tax liability. If you leave something to a charity in your will, then it won’t count towards the total taxable value of your estate. This is called leaving a ‘charitable legacy’.
You could cut the Inheritance Tax rate on the rest of your estate from 40% to 36% if you leave at least 10% of your ‘net estate’ to a charity. In some circumstances, this will mean you can give more to a charity and more to your other beneficiaries by this means.
A cash gift
This is when you leave an exact sum of money to us.
A share of your estate
After you have provided for your loved ones, you can leave a share of what remains to charity.
A specific gift
This can be item you own that you wish to donate to us.
A gift in trust
You can leave a gift for someone to use over a period of time. When the time has ended, the gift can be passed on to other recipients, such as a charity.

MuffinPug ‘Always Loved’ Service
You promised that you would always love your pug, but if you are worried that you will pass away before your pug then MuffinPug Rescue can help. We will make sure that your pug will always be loved. It’s really simple; leave instructions in your will for MuffinPug Rescue to take care of finding a new home for your pug.
